  • 1 can passata (tomato puree)
  • 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 thick slices sourdough bread
  • Vegan butter
