Origin

From Lexington potlucks to a bigger table

The name comes from vegan plus potluck: a gathering where everyone brings a dish and the meal becomes bigger than any one recipe. The founder first knew that feeling through monthly vegan dinners in Lexington, Kentucky, held for decades by a circle around the University of Kentucky.
