1. 14-Day Digital Product Guarantee

All digital products—including downloadable PDF guides, recipe packs, conversion charts, and batch-cooking toolkits—are delivered electronically immediately upon checkout.

• Defect & File Access Guarantee: If a purchased download is corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its product description, notify us within 14 days of purchase at veganluck22@gmail.com. We will immediately provide a corrected file or issue a 100% full refund.
• Because digital files are immediately delivered and consumable upon payment, completed non-defective digital downloads are generally non-refundable once accessed, except at our discretion.

2. Tool Passes & Membership Subscriptions

For recurring memberships or digital tool passes:

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time with zero penalty or hidden fees directly through your account dashboard or by emailing veganluck22@gmail.com.
• Billing Period Retention: Upon cancellation, future recurring charges cease immediately. You maintain full access to all member tools and libraries through the conclusion of your current paid billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing via Stripe

Approved refunds are initiated immediately by our billing department and returned directly to your original payment method (via Stripe). Funds typically appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
